THE EXAMS R OVER... no more academic-related stuff.. YUCKS..
well im quite anticipative to noe the no. of R-papers i can take.. SS, PHY, BIO....
veir long post i shall blog abt..
yesterdae i wenta TRAIN(: on the treadmill cos urs truly forgot to bring PE shirt... n mi ipod hanged.. gave mi a bad scare... but i fixed it miself thou(: almost wanted to go wheelock place on mi own to fix it.. did toning of abs... ABS n ABS.. more ABS please..
at nite we went for fers dinner since daddy came baq.. FAMILY WARMTH(: more den anithing else.. mi dad sum1 close yet far frm mi.. he has a BIG BIG heart n the way he cares is in an indirect way n he works damn hard dats y he hardly cums home.. n he's flying off again to sumwhere soon..
den i went PP at nite on mi own.. as in mi parents were there but we went separate ways.. to buy certain pple's present.. n puen happily chatted wif mi on the fone while i was walking shop to shop looking for stuff for dem... u noe im veri talkable n nice to tok on the fone cos everytime pple call mi.. dey carn bear to put down the fone after at least 1h.. so u shld take a look at dis mth's fonebill.. plus mi long over shot sms limit n it's onli half the mth..
well money well spent i hope dey like the stuff..
den i went home n sleep.. cos i had TRNG today.... trng no. 1.. i tot it was quite bad..
tough in the sense let's c wad we did
1) 1.2km warmup
2) sprint drills 2 sets
3) 30,40,50,60m SPRINTS 3 sets
4) UP the stairs.. 5 sets
5) dipping down.. 3 sets
6) 8KMMMMMMMMssssss
well.. 8km i dno how much i lagged behind.. but i jus remembered miself running at a pace i nver ran b4.. it was so slow dat i tot i wld prolly clock 16mins if i runned dat pace for 2.4.. so far frm 10min.. AH.. but URS TRULY WUN GIVE UP ON SUMTHING SHE LURVES(:
the greatest thing of all dat happened.. was dat i collapsed suddenly frm cramping legs.. it was like i was supposed to cool down.. den in the middle of the field i jus suddenly fell down frm cramping legs... den i was in tears cos it was soo pain.. den mr melvin tan came.. cos i tink the track pple oso saw.. n so malu la... den everybody was surrounding mi.. helpless as to wad to do..
den all the dno wad happened flashes flashes.. den singying massaged mi legs for mi.. den i stretch miself.. n the day is saved.. phew.. cramps r so horrible.. dis is the worst i eva had lehh. .actly las nite b4 i slp i alr cramps liao.. but i juz stretch abit den ok.. den today the impact was super great.. den dno wad happened..
n the gals r all at orchard now eating marche...
n im leaving mi house in 40mins time for mi double training session.. second one.. FLOORBALL wif track pple i tink.. i dun mind(:
I NEEDA BUILD UP MI STAMINA n gimme more salts so dat i wun cramp animore..(:
